Unbridled Mercantile
On May 2nd, 2023, the Unbridled Cafe expanded. We opened the Unbridled Mercantile! A recent family trip to Wyoming was the inspiration for this mercantile. We saw firsthand how adding retail options can increase the overall dining experience. Also, we desire to increase the capacity for seating and waiting areas. Unique gifts, home goods, local artisan creations, and chef-prepared foods will be available at the Unbridled Mercantile.
